Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA is a double-hoppy, bottle-conditioned, medium amber-colored beer with 9% ABV. It's made with English two-row barley and Cascade, Columbus, and Chinook hops that are added every 90 minutes during the boil. The beer has a strong malt backbone, rich pine and citrus hop aromas, and a pungent flavor. Some say the continual hopping balances the beer and prevents it from becoming too bitter.
