NELLYSFORD, VA—Bold Rock Hard Cider has announced the launch of its new seasonal cider, Rosé. Available on shelves February 5, Rosé is a fruit-forward, rosé-inspired cider with a crisp berry finish. Bold Rock’s first seasonal of 2018 is sure to inspire craft beer and wine drinkers alike to enjoy the onset of spring.
Much like a rosé wine, cider can be crafted to highlight different taste profiles and allow the nuances of fruit to shine through. With an emphasis on the classic berry notes of rosé, Bold Rock has created a cider that gives its apple base a vibrant fresh finish akin to the wine counterpart.
